  • Handle customer queries via all channels provided e.g. e-mails, live chat program, instant messaging programs.

  • Focus on delivering exceptional Customer Service quality while handling the customer enquiries.

  • Follow up and complete daily tasks according to schedule.

  • Handle customer’s complaints, and to response customer with professional manner.

  • Handle customer queries and escalating the issue to other team correctly for further action and follow up.

  • Cooperate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
