Handle customer queries via all channels provided e.g. e-mails, live chat program, instant messaging programs.

Focus on delivering exceptional Customer Service quality while handling the customer enquiries.

Follow up and complete daily tasks according to schedule.

Handle customer’s complaints, and to response customer with professional manner.

Handle customer queries and escalating the issue to other team correctly for further action and follow up.

Cooperate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
